How billing disputes and refund requests are handled.
Subscriptions
Subscription memberships can be canceled before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund already consumed billing periods except where required by law.
One-time digital products
Course buyouts, bundles, and SAP account packages are generally non-refundable once access has been issued, credentials have been disclosed, or lesson playback has begun.
Service failures
If access cannot be provisioned, or if a purchased SAP environment cannot be delivered within a reasonable period, contact support and the operator team will review replacement, extension, credit, or refund remedies.
